Artist qualification policy
How Payments Work
ASHEVILLE ANIME REGIONAL CONVENTION BOOTH REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT WILL BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY FOR ALL ARTISTS AND DEALERS. YOU WILL SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION FORM BY EMAIL AND RECEIVE PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS UPON ACCEPTANCE. PLEASE READ ALL SECTIONS OF OUR WEBSITE TO BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ALL OF THE INFORMATION YOU NEED. PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVE YOUR TABLE SPACE INFORMATION AND YOUR ACCEPTANCE INTO THE ARTIST ALLEY. ONCE INFORMATION IS RECEIVED, AARC WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH INFORMATION ON HOW TO PROCESS YOUR PAYMENT.
Only one company per application. Each company in a partnership should apply individually and use the Additional Information field to note the partnership.
This application is not for people interested in being considered as Guests or Attending Professionals. Those individuals should apply at: (page coming soon)
If you wish to apply as a dealer (specifically to have a table in the dealer room), please do so here.
An artist table may not be sold, sublet, given or otherwise transferred to any third party, including, but not limited to partnerships without prior approval.
